  • Yes! As a player climbs the ranks, one of the first changes will be the time spent on video review of team/individual gameplay.

  • Sessions are 30 minutes long with players meeting coaches virtually via an online video meeting

  • Yes and it is encouraged! Learning can happen at any age and this will also allow parents to have a better understanding of what is a good or bad game and track progress.

  • To ensure a high quality of service, and relationship, with both the parents and players, all hockey advisors are capped with the number of players they manage.

  • We understand things get busy and will work with all HKC members to ensure we accommodate accordingly!

  • During the customer onboarding process you will be instructed in, and assisted with, all the steps for submitting video clips.

  • Our goal with each player is to breakdown and review 8-10 video clips each session. During each session any remaining time will be allocated to additional video clips, or game related instruction.

  • For learning purposes we, ideally, would like to have a variety of different gameplay situations. The more video clips our team can review before the session the better!

  • We require parents to provide video clips. Most teams nowadays will have some sort of game recording software that can be used, and if that’s unavailable, with everyone having a cellphone, it is easier than ever for each player shift to be recorded. We do not recommend recording the whole game; just shifts.

  • Changes to bookings can be made up until 12 hours beforehand. After that sessions will be considered as a missed session and is non-refundable.

  • All subscriptions offer a 7 day cancelation policy! Please contact our team directly for any additional information.

  • HKC is a monthly subscription processed via Stripe! For more information on Stripe billing please click here

  • To ensure the security of all billing methods, HKC uses a fully secured and insured third-party payment program called Stripe. Stripe enables HKC to accept virtual customer payments via credit card and additional billings methods.
